I added a can of tomatoes, miso and cooking alcohol to the vegetable dashi for the taste… the ingredients are carrots, onions, potatoes, mushrooms and avocado.
It’s the “miso-strone” I learned from Kijima-san before on “Syumi doki!”. It turned out very delicious.

I love herring roe. =(^.^)= In January, we eat Osechi Ryori, but they are hard to find as soon as the holidays are over… but I want to eat them all the time! Therefore, I was glad I could get herring roe as much as I want!!! (lol) I will eat them without adding salt. ♪
